These 2 paintings were on the landing. The Sunflowers sold at Visions of Vermont Gallery, and the other painting, "Tomatoes" is currently at M Gallery of Fine Art in Sarasota, FL.

- Since 1973, I have been painting side by side with my husband, Jack, when we both began studying oil painting with Frank Mason at the Art Students League in NY. In 1979, we started the Winslow Art Studio in Cambridge, VT, and since that time, we have been selling our paintings and raising our 5 children. Our children grew up in and around art and the studio, and now our 7 grandchildren are being introduced to painting. I hope you enjoy my blog. So glad you are posting again. congratulations on the show and the beautiful paintings. Jack's wonderful painting reminds me of the Hudson River School of painters.
Thanks, Mary. Be sure to go back to 2009-Recap to see what we have been up to. Also, if you go back further, you can see Jack working on the really large landscape. It took a long time, and he painted it from his plein air sketch and drawings. The plein air study sold at another show.
